How can body and berimbau connect? In an environment where music and movement are inseparable, repeated elements present a new perspective on stage. Would the action be a consequence of the music or would the music be a consequence of the action? m'bolumbümba: between body and berimbau is more like a plêiade of questions then a source of answers. A framework of ideas presumed by the context of capoeira at Fundação Mestre Bimba is related to contemporary dance and musical elements, generating a variety of possibilities. Capoeira appears in songs and movements in a broad way and creates a unique creative and unrepresentative universe. Capoeira is more than can be seen at first look.
